This is a 4-week beginner strength series designed for women who want to feel more confident strength training, learn proper form, and overcome gym anxiety in a supportive environment. No experience necessary!
The series is capped at 5 people, so you get the benefits of personal training while still having the community aspect of group fitness.
Comes with free gym membership for the duration of the workshop!

The full 8-class series is $680 total ($85/session)
Personal training sessions are $165/session, and classes like SoulCycle are around $36/class with 45+ people in the room. I really wanted to create something more approachable, supportive, and hands-on for beginners!
